Investment Options
The two methods – Enduring Advisory and High Priority Advice - through which clients may invest in themselves and their companies are presented below.
Common Elements:
The common elements, of both plans, are (a) preliminary Business Audit (b) an initial cancellation option and (c) incidental travel cost qualification.
Business Audit / Solutions Plan:
Every engagement must begin with a thorough Business Audit. This is required to define the problem areas, what these problems are costing you in terms of dollars, time and stress … and to ensure we address the cause instead of attempting to cure effects.
The Findings of the Business Audit shall be presented to you, together with a Solutions Plan. The Investment in Business Audit and accompanying Solutions Plan is:
Business Audit Fee ................ $1395.00*

- One-Half, 50% (or $697.50) is due in advance; balance on delivery.
- 50%, one-half (or $697.50) of Audit Fee shall be applied to agreement upon decision to proceed with Solutions Plan.
Cancellation Option:
Client shall have the one-time option to terminate and void the Professional Services Agreement (with L R Johnson, Inc.) at and upon the date and day which the “Findings Report” and “Scope of Work” documents are presented; provided any and all amounts due have been paid.
Travel Cost Qualification:
There shall be no additional travel related costs – transportation, per diem, etc. – for the Audit and are only applicable to client locations outside the metro Phoenix, Arizona area for the Enduring Advisory and High Priority Advice services.
Enduring (semi-virtual) Advisory Investment:
Your initial investment improving your company, based on the Findings and the Solutions Plan, may be for a half year or a full year. The professional services fees, L R Johnson, Inc. retainer for implementation of Solutions, are:

High Priority (on-site) Advice:
When you need to immediately address a crisis, eliminate chaos and/ extricate your business from a critical situation, an intense, focused, L R Johnson, Inc. Advisor shall be on-site to solve the problem. You most probably prefer to know, in advance, the amount of investment required; as do we. Therefore, based on defined issue(s) in the Solutions Plan, we shall provide you a Fixed Fee for delivery of your immediate requirements.
You may, of course, elect to have an hourly fee investment plan; one, 8 hour, day minimum.
Furthermore, we do recommend, after the High Priority Issue has been resolved, you convert to the Enduring (semi-virtual) Advisory mode.

Hourly Fees and Expenses (fixed hours or open ended)
- Two Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars ($ 225.00 USD) per man-hour worked (i.e. per Advisor)
- Reasonable Airfare, ground transportation and Lodging incurred by each Advisor.
- Forty Dollars ($ 40.00 USD) per diem per person
- Incidental charges for binding, supplies, etc.; pre-approval by client required.
- No other changes shall be made
