High Priority (On-site) Advice

L R Johnson, Inc. can provide the appropriate on-site professional Advisor(s) when immediate action, for “high priority” needs, is required; such as:

• Recasting Financials for Bank Presentation (loan application).
• Business Plan to satisfy potential Investor requirement.
• Sales Force re-generation (or replacement).
• Installing legislatively mandated Policies and documentation  (IIPP Manual, ADA criteria, et al)

Lyle R. Johnson, or a qualified Staff Associates, can be on your premises, working with you every day of the week for as long as it takes, to implement the most effective and efficient solution to your problem(s).

We have a large staff of experienced professionals, Associates and Affiliates, throughout the U.S. and Canada, who can be deployed to your location promptly.   You and your Advisor shall carefully define the issues to be resolved upon his/her arrival on-site.  Then, working together, you will resolve those issues.

We work primarily on a “define Project / Deliverable”, fixed fee, basis.

Bear in mind, while we offer this “High Priority” service - and it is the only viable method for certain critical issues - you should consider combining it with (or transitioning to) our Enduring (semi-virtual) Advisory service after the chaos is eliminated. 

Succinctly, it has been the personal experience of Lyle Johnson, and many of his Associates, that the residual value of extensive on-site (e.g. traditional management consulting) is modest; due the condensed, and intense, delivery mode; specific projects – i.e. Business Plan IIPP Manual, et. al - excepted.  That is, the general techniques and advice delivered possessed intrinsic and agreed upon value, yet their full benefits were rarely realized.
